IVF with Embryo Donation
- Failure of several previous IVF cycles
- Premature ovarian failure or absence of eggs in the wife
- Genetic or medical conditions preventing use of wife’s eggs or husband’s sperm
Embryo Source
- Sperm is not obtained locally from the husband in these cases. Instead, samples are used from certified international sperm banks (World Sperm Banks).
- Donated embryos are pre-stored and selected according to strict health and quality standards.
إعداد المستلم
- The wife (recipient) begins treatment with oral medications only (hormonal tablets) to strengthen and prepare the endometrium for embryo transfer.
- Common medications include:
- Estrofem – stimulates endometrial growth
- Folic Acid – supports pregnancy health
- Coraspin – improves uterine blood circulation
- No ovarian stimulation injections are used, as eggs come from the donor.
